Growing up a New Hampshire native, Ashleigh has always had an appreciation for nature and a healthy lifestyle. When she received her first massage at age 16, something awakened deep in her soul. She was amazed at the power of therapeutic touch and how truly transformed she felt after. She decided a career path in Holistic Healing was for her.
Ashleigh holds a 1,000 hour professional certification in Massage Therapy from New Hampshire Community Technical College. She has been state board certified as a Licensed Massage Therapist in three of the six New England states, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Upon completing her state board certification in 2008, Ashleigh became nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage. She has been a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association ever since.
Ashleigh believes in a full spectrum approach to health and the accumulation of benefits over time. She has a passion for learning which has led her to pursue a variety of trainings in health and nutrition. She has trained at the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing with Dr. John and Lourdes Gray, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Professional Health Coach with top leaders in the industry, Enlightened Way Wellness Center with Deepak Chopra certified instructors in Ayurvedic Body Treatments, and Julie Brill of WellPregnancy as a Labor Doula. She is USUI Reiki II certified and board certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Ashleigh enjoys connecting with a variety of health practitioners in collaboration and building a strong network for client referrals. She views her work as contributing to something greater and helping to positively impact her community. As a caretaker and mother, Ashleigh has found that having supportive self-care practice is vital in maintaining a healthy relationship with one’s true self. When she't not seeing clients Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family, raising a strong little lady, walking their dog Lucy, doing yoga, Barre, cooking, reading, blogging, and being at the ocean.
